Cartoon Lip Art takes makeup to another level

Forget a smoky eye and a classic red lip, the latest make-up trend is a little more, well, bold.

Lip art may sound innocuous enough, but in the hands of make-up artist Laura Jenkinson it’s something very special.

Combining her love of make-up with her passion for cartoons, the London-based make-up artist creates incredible cartoon images in which her lips double up as the lips of the cartoon character.

The end results are truly incredible – face painting sure has moved on since we were kids.

Although not everyone’s convinced. In a sentiment so wrong we had to share it, one comment on the Imgur thread read: ‘I do not want a bj from Pumba’.
